About Us
Seagrape is part of the Las Verdes community in Delray Beach, Florida. The Seagrape building is open to all ages and has many amenities and features including: 72 units, 24-hour security, security cameras located throughout the building, fully automated LED lights and its own Office/Meeting room

Re-paving the parking lot
We took our time in picking the right contractor to pave our parking lot. This will last many years!
Green Roof
Dominick Agostino from RoofPro and his team will update our roof later this year. His team will use state of the art silicon technology to ensure low maintenance and high quality
